The beating heart of our kitchen is the Josper charcoaloven. A unique combination of grill and oven that works on 100% charcoal. This creates an intense, smoky flavor, that give our dishes a unique touch. Meat gets extra tender, fish gets a delicate texture and vegetables become even more flavorful.

We believe in the power of pure ingredients and honest produce. That's why we work with seasonal, sustainable and, if possible, local produce. We find importance in delivering delicious dishes to our guests that we know the origin of. That way we create a concious and flavorful experiece.
